It's been a while.

Hey so uh.... yeah. I've been gone from here for quite a while, and I concentrated on moving all of my art onto tumblr and Facebook.
However, things happened.
I had a huge breakdown in the spring of 2017, and at that point I got back into doing really harmful things to myself. I won't go into detail, but I decided after coming back from my holidays in 2017 that I would seek the therapy I desperately needed and even if I had to pay for it, stick it out and complete it.
I started therapy in October 2017, and I completed it in July 2018. I've stopped doing almost all of the really bad coping methods I picked up over the years and I've learned to be more kinder to myself.
Over the time, I've been learning how to draw digitally too! I'm not comfortable with sharing a lot of the content I draw as of yet as it's almost all very self indulgent art of me smooching my fave characters haha. I'll put the non-self insert art up here and edit the others though.
More importantly, I hope you all are okay too.
I don't know for sure if I'm coming back, but I may be. We'll see.

The Future (Leaving DA)

Hey everyone. It's been a while.
As you may have probably seen from the title- I'm leaving DA.
I've not been very active on here and to be honest, alls I've been doing is add to the favourites and occasionally adding content. I think DA is a great place, and it's been an awesome 11 years- but I've moved on. I will however be keeping this open as an archive and of course there are other places to find me, such as my Tumblr, Instagram and Facebook Page. If you have a Twitter, I'm fairly active on there too! Below are the links for all of the places to find me.
I should also like to point out I do not give out my personal Facebook these days, and if you send me a friend request and I don't know who you are or we haven't spoke to each other a LOT- you WILL be removed and blocked.

Hello friends!
Well MCM was a thing that happened this weekend. It was a long journey home and I've finally got to go on my laptop and add the photos from the weekend!
I'll pop up some of the photos on here in a while.
As some of you knew already, I wasn't ready to come along and I was pretty much going to drop out of the con. I wasn't able to get to meet everyone and see everyone so I apologise for missing you.
Also I did no art this weekend and it was really weird!
It was really nice seeing my friends old and new though for those who I got to see, and I really appreciate that some of you guys took the time out to hang out with me when I went on my little wanders about or when I went to the Pokemon meet (which has DEFINITELY inspired me to crack on with my Blastoise costume! 
).
I don't know what my plans will be for the future, but I am definitely confirmed for Geekdom in December and SunnyCon Anime Expo 2017, I may have FINALLY got a solution together for my sketch/artbook problem! I'll be releasing more info about that later.

An Update (Please Read)

Hello friends. How have you all been? I hope you've been alreet.
Sorry for the big lack of art, there's been a lot left to think about and sort out after what happened with my nana.
I've been having a serious think about stepping down from a lot of the conventions next year, I don't know if it's for definite- but I think after the stuff that's happened since 2014, I need some time away from work that's not at a convention.
I love going to them, and I love seeing all of my friends- but it's time I had a break.
I'm confirmed for SunnyCon Anime Expo 2017 (with 2 tables again) and I'm possibly doing a couple of the MCM Comic Cons, but we'll wait and see.
I'll be trying to push through with my art, as well as the commission I need to work on and the prizes for the competition winners on my FB page- so there'll hopefully be some new art soon on that end.
And finally-
Thank you so much for all your patience, support and love. I know it's been a rough couple of years- but it's meant an awful lot to me that you've stuck around.
Be good to each other and I'll be back soon- D <3

Status update. (please read!)

My nana was taken into hospital the other day with a chest infection as well as a brokwn hip. Shes had her hip operated on and that was a success, however- we had the exact same discussions with the doctors that we had during SunnyCon weekend.
Nana is very very poorly and with her age and dementia there are huge risks of her not getting better or recovering. We have to be ready for the worst.
I'm not going to be active art wise on here or anywhere else p much for the next day and a bit. It's a very scary time right now and I'm way too upset about what might or might not happen.
